Hotel Revenue Strategist

Starboard Hotels, a family-owned group of 21 hotels, is seeking an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team. This role involves managing and leading revenue strategies across multiple sites, working closely with the commercial team and wider central teams.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience with one or more major hotel brands, contributing towards new openings and/or rebranding/refurbishment projects. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure each hotel within the cluster has clearly defined revenue and distribution strategies.
- Conduct regular revenue, pricing, and inventory calls with the hotels.
- Support revenue forecasting & budgeting throughout the year.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate success in a similar role, have experience with major hotel brands, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
