They are looking to add an experienced Property Manager/Lettings Administrator to their busy Catford office and team.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working under pressure in a busy lettings environment. This is a fast paced and varied role which would suit a dynamic, motivated individual.
Previous experience in a Lettings or Property Management environment of any kind is essential
You DO NOT need to drive for this role
Property Manager/Lettings Administrator -
- Dealing with a portfolio of around 80+ Properties
- Overseeing all property maintenance issues raised.
- Processing contractor invoices.
- Keeping the property database up to date.
- Dedicated to building on-going relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.
- Booking in and undertaking property inspections.
- Dealing with Administration for new Tenancies
