Presales Architect
The role:
As the company’s next Presales Architect, you’ll collaborate with customers and sales teams to scope opportunities and design end-to-end, tailored solutions that meet our customer’s business needs. Your expertise will build strong, long-term customer relationships and deliver presales support that ensures quality and service excellence.
Your main duties & responsibilities:
- Work with customers, partners and sales teams to define, shape and understand technical requirements.
- Propose high quality, end user solutions that meet the time, cost and budget requirements identified.
- Develop and present Proof of Concepts and demos to showcase the functionality and value of the proposed solution.
- Produce accurate Statements of Work and contribute to the creation of new sales proposals.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor on technical strategy.
- Liaise with colleagues to help ensure solution design activities are documented and tracked as required.
- Ensure a seamless handoff after the sale, ensuring customer requirements are met and the architecture is executed as designed.
- Ensure business solutions are aligned with company’s strategic priorities.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technology and software trends.
You should bring:
- Experience in a similar Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Architect or Solutions Engineer role.
- A deep understanding of Microsoft offerings (Azure Cloud Services, Active Directory, Exchange, M365 with a particular focus on Entra ID and Intune, M365 licensing, Windows Server/desktop deployment and maintenance), Hardware Management (e.g., Servers, SAN’s, networking infrastructure & end-user devices)
- A track record of excellent relationship management with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Exposure to CRM (Customer Relations Management) systems such as Dynamics 365.
- Commercial acumen.
- A wealth of experience writing accurate technical documentation.

- An excellent communicator, with the ability to explain technical concepts and solutions in clear terms both verbally and in written form.
- Comfortable with rapid change, multitasking and working to deadlines.
- Able to build strong relationships, both internally and externally, generating trust and confidence in your capability.
- A confident and credible presenter and demonstrator.
