Job Responsibilities:
- Proactive account management of UK customers
- Generating own leads and developing through to a potential sale
- Working towards sales targets
- Negotiating and maintaining contract pricing with current and prospective clients
- Defend current business while proactively looking for new opportunities
- Analyse data - Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Account Analysis - Working through product drop offs and looking for sales trends
- Liaising with customer services regards to new product information and alternatives
- Researching Unlicensed products
- Back order maintenance
- Completing customer quality assessment documentation
- Tender maintenance
- Setting up and pricing of new products
- UK Shortage support
The Person:
- GCSEs Grade C passes and above, to include English & Maths or equivalent
- Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
- Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
