Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead in managing the daily activities of our UK sales team and driving new business initiatives. This is a key leadership position that combines sales management with strategic business development and is one that requires excellent management skills and a passion for making a significant impact in a growing company. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the daily activities of the UK sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales targets are consistently met. 
  • Set and monitor team and individual KPIs to drive performance. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and develop training programmes to enhance the sales team’s capabilities. 
  • Guide the team in identifying and opening new sales opportunities with new and existing customers. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value key accounts. 
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for high-value deals. 
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies. 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience in a sales management role with a track record of leading teams to success. 
  • Strong background in business development, with experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities. 
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
