Youll manage day-to-day business development activity strengthen existing customer relationships and generate new opportunities across a variety of industries.Working with a supportive regional manager and collaborating with internal sales technical and procurement teams youll deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs while helping Thorite expand its market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop accounts across your region to achieve sales and profit targets.Identify new business opportunities in pneumaticshydraulics electronics and compressed air systems.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels including purchasing and engineering teams.Prepare and deliver compelling quotations proposals and presentations.Take ownership of your sales pipeline ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.Collaborate effectively with internal colleagues to deliver exceptional service and technical support.About YouDegree-educated (Engineering Technical or Business disciplines preferred).Some prior experience in sales or a commercial role looking for the next step.Confident professional and skilled at building relationships.Driven organised and results-oriented.Genuine interest in engineering and technical solutions.Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel Word).Full UK driving licence essential.Why ThoriteAt Thorite youll join a well-established forward-thinking company with the backing of the Flowtech Group.
