My client, who is one of the leading Telecom service providers in the UK, is looking for a 'Technical Policy Lead / Compliance Specialist'. The role of the Technical Policy Lead is to create new cyber security policies for the business related to new Zscaler systems and ensure it is implemented consistently. You will support the client by driving risk mitigation across people, processes and systems to reduce risk and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Writing new policies related to Cyber security for the business
  • Writing new policies specific to Zscaler systems e.g. web filtering, threat prevention and more
  • Promote these new policies across the business and educate users / stakeholders on new policies
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure these cyber security policies are implemented
  • Adapt cyber security policies in response to major incidents (to prevent future recurrence)

Essential Skills:

  • Experience as a Compliance Specialist in the context of Cyber Security at a large organization
  • Experience in writing corporate Policies
  • Strong communication skills / stakeholder management
