Position Overview

Lead Technical Support Specialist - Managed Service Provider

Salary Range: £35,000 - £42,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

A prominent organization, acknowledged as a frontrunner in its sector, is seeking multiple 3rd Line Technical Support Specialists due to ongoing expansion.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • Extensive background in IT support within a Managed Service Provider environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly approach, capable of thriving under pressure.
  • Punctuality, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 administration and robust MS Windows Server expertise.
  • Knowledge of networking and firewall systems, along with troubleshooting experience.
  • Familiarity with virtualization software and cloud services (such as Azure or AWS) is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to clients and assisting with various projects.
  • Proactively maintaining client networks utilizing our advanced support tools.
  • Participating in technical projects, engaging with clients, and delivering on-site support alongside the team.
  • Collaborating with the team to establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Managing client documentation effectively.
