Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive background in IT support within a Managed Service Provider environment.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly approach, capable of thriving under pressure.
- Punctuality, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration and robust MS Windows Server expertise.
- Knowledge of networking and firewall systems, along with troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with virtualization software and cloud services (such as Azure or AWS) is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing support to clients and assisting with various projects.
