Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Network Technical Lead to join the Network & Voice team within Computershare Technology Services.

This position sits within our Network & Voice team who provide 2nd and 3rd line support across our Computershare Technology Customers and clients. This role will be based in our Bristol office 2 days a week currently with flexibility offered in relation to working from home.

We are a busy team and operate in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, so you will be readily adaptable and accepting of change and able to manage conflicting priorities. Don’t worry though, we do this through working collaboratively as a team and ensuring we have fun along the way.

Working to support all our CTS customers and clients, we will be looking for you to support key incidents in networking technologies. You will be also transitioning our projects into service operations.

You will be responsible for the maintenance and health of our EMEA network equipment, providing advanced technical support for networking across multiple vendor products including Cisco Nexus, Meraki, Fortinet, Citrix, Zscaler.

Some other key responsibilities:

- Implementing policies and standards relating to Computershare Network & Voice environment, ensuring adherence to security procedures.
- Analysing complex network projects and incidents.
- Leading meetings and taking responsibility for the quality of implemented network solutions.
- Involvement in proof of concept and deployment activities when project teams require SME resource.
- Contribute to the definition of the global technology roadmap
- Work closely to Network Architects and Network Delivery Engineers across the globe
- Confident in leading the Technical conversations with Vendors and External Partners

**What will you bring to the role?**

You will demonstrate significant experience as a Network Technical Lead or have worked within a role where the similarities between the role and your skills are clearly identifiable.

Other key skills required for the role include:

- Technical leadership experience with the ability to take ownership.
- Flexibility and experienced in out of hours support.
- Direct hands-on experience of supporting network from layer 1 upwards.
- A sound technical understanding of the following: Layer 2 switching protocols [e.g., VLANs and spanning tree], Layer 3 routing protocols [e.g., BGP and OSPF], MPLS and stateful firewalls [e.g., implementing and troubleshooting policies].
- Demonstrable experience of enterprise network monitoring and management as well as enterprise routing, switching and wireless products.
