A growing investment firm with a lovely , grown up culture is looking for a brilliant EA to join the team on a  FTC covering maternity. We are looking for a smart, up and coming EA who possesses first class communication skills and confidence to primarily support the two Founders with light touch support to the Head of IR. As the go-to person in the 16 person office you will enjoy being the lynchpin of the team and will be able to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of extensive travel with frequent last minute changes – organisation of any travel requirements including flights, hotels and tickets
  • Meeting planning and/or scheduling, often with overseas clients and contacts at all levels
  • Diary management – scheduling management for two team members
  • Event Management – organisation of any team socials
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Expense reporting
  • Assisting with general office management – ordering supplies, stationery ordering and managing any vendors
  • Main point of contact on a day to day basis for all admin/office queries

The ideal EA candidate should be friendly, proactive and motivated. A proactive, calm organised approach is ideal, as is the willingness to muck in on ad hoc duties. Strong communication and organisational skills will be key for success.

  • Hours are 9am-5.30pm
  • The role is office based with but flexibility week to week, depending on business needs
