Hours: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Then look no further In this brand new, exciting temporary role, you will play a vital role in generating income through events and filming. This is a customer-facing position, where you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.

Duties:
- Coordinate the consenting process for all filming and events, from initial customer contact to agreement on licence fees.
- Collaborate with your manager for complex enquiries and ensure a "can do" profile with film agencies and production companies.
- Visit sets and locations, foster links with filming and events teams, and support ongoing demand.
- Provide occasional press office support, including content creation, press releases, media monitoring, and handling media inquiries.
Requirements:
- Customer service and previous administrative experience is required.
- First-class IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and Word.
- Able to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
