We are working with a brilliant business in the Crawley area who are looking to expand their team with an additional sales ledger assistant role. You will be a core member of the team supporting the day to day running of the sales ledger.

Duties may include:

  • Management of 2 ledgers
  • Chasing outstanding debt via telephone, email and letter
  • Managing direct debits
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Administrative tasks as required

We are looking for someone with

  • Prior experience in a similar role dealing with Accounts Receivable processes from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships and provide great client service
  • A great team player
  • Ability to pick up new processes and system quickly and efficiently
