Job Summary:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our team in Staines. Key Responsibilities:- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
- Medication Support: Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring compliance with care plans and medical instructions.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and assist with meals, ensuring clients receive adequate nutrition according to dietary needs.
- Mobility Assistance: Support clients with mobility, including helping them move around their home and assisting with exercises.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Household Tasks: Assist with light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, noting any changes in clients' conditions or needs.
- Communication: Liaise with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required. Full training will be provided.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
