What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Proposals Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams to:

  • Prepare detailed technical proposals for FMCG/food manufacturing projects, including design, manufacture, installation, and management.
  • Engage with clients to discuss project specifications and requirements.
  • Build strong, customer-focused relationships.
  • Produce comprehensive, professional proposal documents in Word, including images and tables.
  • Create detailed cost estimates in Excel.
  • Follow up on proposals with customers, recording and reporting their feedback.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Engineering – ideally Mechanical, Process, or related fields.
  • Some exposure to Technical Sales or Process Engineering is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills, especially with Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Excellent numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A driven individual who can build rapport, network effectively, and thrive in a team environment.
