About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Proposals and Infrastructure Development to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of water recycling, infrastructure, and water projects as part of the @one alliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering capital projects in the water sector and experience of working in a Design & Build collaborative environment. They will be responsible for developing new ways of working that focus on delivering catchment outcomes, reducing carbon emissions, protecting natural capital, and embracing innovation and digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver a diverse programme of water recycling, infrastructure, and water projects.
  • To lead the @one alliance proposals team and develop new ways of working that focus on delivering catchment outcomes.
  • To grow professional internal and external networks with partners forming the @one Alliance.
  • To broaden skills by working collaboratively with Project Delivery, Engineering, Commercial, Procurement, Stakeholder and Customer, Environmental & Planning, and Construction teams.
Requirements:
  • Chartered or working towards chartered status.
  • Preferable experience of water-sector assets and delivering capital projects.
  • Experience of a Design & Build collaborative environment.
