Description
Billing Team Leader:
- Oversee and manage the billing team in their day-to-day functions
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of services
- Implement and maintain efficient billing processes and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any billing issues
- Train and mentor team members for their professional development
- Monitor and report on team performance and billing metrics
- Identify process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency
- Comply with all regulatory standards and company policies
Profile
A successful Billing Team Leader should have:
- Proven leadership skills in a Billing or similar role
- Strong knowledge of billing processes and financial principles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
