Abacus Consulting is seeking a seasoned Billing Team Leader to oversee a sizeable head office finance team in Luton. This is a permanent, full-time role, 100% office-based. As the Billing Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a team of Billing Administrators
* Ensuring adequate training and ongoing support is provided to the team
* Aged debt reporting and analysis
* Taking ownership of billing queries
* Collaborating closely with internal colleagues to deliver exceptional billing support to clients
* Providing right-hand support to the Billing Manager
To succeed in this role, you will require billings and supervisory experience, with high-volume experience being an advantage. Proficiency in Excel and strong IT skills are also essential.
