Billing Team Lead

The Billing Team Lead will be responsible for supervising the Billing Administrations to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met. The successful candidate will assist the Billing Manager with ad-hoc requests and manage the team in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor the Billing Team to prioritise their workloads to meet deadlines
* Assisting the Billing Manager with ad-hoc requests and managing the team in their absence
* Creating new contracts for billing
* Contract amendments in accordance with internal document requests
* Generation and checking of billing runs in accordance with timetables

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
* Flexible, punctual and able to prioritise workload to meet multiple deadlines on a daily basis
* Flexible in working within the duties of the role and working hours, in order to meet deadlines
* Excellent presentational skills for all correspondence, letters, presentations and data

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience within Billing, supervising a team and worked in a fast-paced environment. The company offers a competitive salary, based in their offices full time, working 9am to 5pm.
