Previous experience within a Billing role and supervising a team is essential, as it having worked in a fast-paced environment. In return the company will offer a competitive salary, based in their offices full time, working 9am to 5pm.

Duties:

  • Lead and mentor the Billing Team to prioritise their workloads to meet deadlines
  • Assisting the Billing Manager with ad-hoc requests and managing the team in their absence
  • Prepare and complete all sales invoices for service users
  • Check the daily accuracy of the sales information
  • Creating new contracts for billing
  • Contract amendments in accordance with internal document requests
  • Generation and checking of billing runs in accordance with timetables
  • To ensure the month end procedures and deadlines are followed
  • To check information received from Managers is accurate and that rates are correct
  • To provide assistance at the Year End audit
  • Internal audit compliance
  • Query resolution
