The Talent Attraction team partner with our UK based media agencies within the OMG group which includes PHD UK, PHD Global, Hearts & Science, OMD and MG OMD in all Recruitment needs. As well as other specialist agencies such as Fuse, Drum, Transact and TRKKN.


Core Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening

  • Working to identify and attract top talent for a variety of diverse roles across the group.
  • Screen candidates and applications to shortlist candidates who align with job requirements and build top tier talent pools of media candidates across various disciplines.


Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews within hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct initial phone and/or virtual interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the positions.


Working with Hiring Managers

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements for their teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from Job briefing through to offer stage.
