Job Type

Store Manager

Permanent, 42.5 hours per week

Preferred Start Dates between 7th - 21st October.

Working Pattern

42.5 hours per week over x5 days

What will you be doing as a Store Manager

  • Driving Sales
  • Driving exceptional customer service
  • Effective Stock Management
  • Completing daily and weekly trade reports to give feedback to the HO team.
  • Training and developing store team.
  • Maintaining brand standards
  • Supporting the delivery of company initiatives
  • Lead a team consisting of 2 Part Time Sales Supervisors, 5 Sales Assistants and Seasonal Staff.

Experience /Skills

  • Previous retail experience of a minimum of 1 year will be beneficial but not essential
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service
    • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask
    • Proactive and able to problem solve
    • Strong communication skills

    *Hourly rates of pay may differ if you are under 23
