Customer Service Centre Team LeaderWe are seeking a passionate Customer Service Centre Team Leader to join our company based in Wigston.This is a hybrid role that will require you to be in the office min 2 days a week (including Tuesday’s).In this role, you will be pivotal in leading a committed team, ensuring a high quality of service to their customers. Your management background of working in a fast-paced contact centre will be vital when coaching and developing your team to provide an expert, knowledge-based support service to all customers.You will identify, develop, and implement customer service process improvements with a view of continuously developing our service.Our client is currently going through a period of growth and has excellent progression paths.Essential criteriaExperience of managing a team and/or projectExperience of supervising and motivating others - evaluating work performance and providing feedback and guidanceExperience of presenting to large and small audiences using PowerPoint or other presentation toolsExperience of working without direct supervision inside and outside of the normal office environmentExperience of using multi-relational databases and manual processesExperience in complaint handling and managementExperience of coaching and people developmentA minimum of 5 GCSE at grade C or above, including Maths and English Language (or equivalent)This position is a full-time permanent position (35hours per week) and is offering a £30k pa starting salary with 33 days holiday
