We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing Customer Team at Zoro UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training materials to ensure that our customer service teams are up-to-date and proficient in all aspects of customer service.
  • Onboard new starters and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify process changes and implement improvements to drive continuous growth and development.
  • Work closely with our Customer Service and Customer Account Teams to identify training gaps and develop plans to address them.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and support to ensure that our customer service teams are equipped to handle complex customer queries.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of coaching and training team members.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.

This is a hybrid role, with office attendance as and when required. Home work will be acceptable for training material creation and other non-delivery elements of the role.
