Zoro UK is a subsidiary of Grainger, a global industrial supplier. We're a new business in the Industrial MRO market, focused on customer needs. Our Category, Customer Service & Sales, Merchandising, and Finance teams are based in Leicester, while our Technology, Marketing, and Data Analytics, and HR teams are in London. We're a start-up with the backing of a global player. This role is critical to ensure our Customer Service and Customer Account Teams are proficient in customer services and support. We're rapidly changing and improving our systems and workflows, and need someone with excellent organisational and training skills to ensure our teams are up to date. Key responsibilities include onboarding new starters, implementing and developing Salesforce, working with Customer Service and Customer Account Team Leaders and Managers to identify training gaps, and providing on-the-job coaching. The ideal candidate will have experience of coaching team members, Salesforce or similar, and working knowledge of Excel and Word. Travel is required, as needed, both domestically and internationally. Benefits include 33 days of annual leave, staff discount, pension contribution, medical insurance, and more.
