The Company:Influence is a global sports agency with a proven track record of harnessing the power of sport to elevate the world’s leading brands, teams and rights holders. Specialising in premium and high-tech sports, our work connects fans and brands with the magic of sport. Based in London with offices in New York, Riyadh and Singapore we offer strategic consultancy, commercial sales, partnership activation, PR & communications and content creation. The team has a wealth of experience and long-standing relationships in motorsport, sailing, cycling and tennis.Responsibilities:• Day-to-day support across a number of our premium sport accounts (tennis, golf and cycling)• Research and monitor key sporting stories, media and business• Manage media lists, status and reporting documents• Offer ideas and contribute to brainstorms• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take meeting notes• Support across high-quality written content, such as briefing documents, press materials and pitchpresentations• Support Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver above and beyond for the client.Requirements:• Passionate about sport• Has an interest or experience working in PR and communications• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure• Well organised and able to meet deadlines• Conscientious and proactive with a good understanding of the evolving media landscape• A meticulous attention to detail, editing and proofing• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal• Able to operate well independently and in a team environment• Eager to learn and committed to developing within the industry• Willing to travel, which can mean working beyond normal office hours and weekends• Valid driving license and passport• Fluent English speaker, with foreign languages a bonus• We are in the office 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday, with Friday work from home).To apply please send your CV and Cover Letter to jobs@influencesports.com.
