Job Title: Finance Administrator

Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator based in Liverpool

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office

Duties will include:

  • Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable obligations
  • Preparing, processing, and reporting invoices
  • Dealing with invoice and income discrepancies with internal and external individuals
  • Updating accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Securing revenue by posting receipts across multiple entities
  • Documenting bank transactions
  • Preparing weekly payment runs
  • Maintaining financial records
  • Ad-hoc tasks including filing, scanning and preparation of audit requests 

 The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience as an Accounts Assistant
  • Have experience with accounting software packages and Microsoft packages
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Desirably working towards AAT or is part qualified
