**Job title**: Finance Administrator

**Contract type**: Permanent

**Salary**:Grade 2, £21,066 - £26,320. Appointments for this role will generally be made at £22,500, depending on skills and experience. _Please note, for internal applicants the salary will be reflected by pay and award policy_

**Working arrangements**: Standard working hours between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working, with a minimum of 6 days per month in the office

The Royal College of Physicians is recruiting a Finance Administrator to join the Finance team in Liverpool.

**Purpose and scope**

**Key responsibilities**
- Being the primary contact for all banking queries
- Day to day posting of bank transactions for a number of accounts
- Monthly bank reconciliations

**About you**
- Excellent attention to detail under tight deadlines
- The ability to function well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
