MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and to foster long-term partnerships. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business objectives and challenges.

• Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the leadership team to execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop tailored approaches to meet client needs.

• Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on account performance, analyzing data to assess satisfaction and retention. Use insights to inform decisions and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that our services align with market demands. Participate in cross-functional meetings to share client feedback and insights.

• Problem Resolution: Proactively address client concerns and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

• Account Development: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize revenue potential. Create and present proposals that align with clients' evolving needs.

• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to inform account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

• Budget Management: Assist in managing account budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and support client initiatives.

• Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular updates on account status, performance metrics, and forecasts to leadership, offering insights and recommendations for growth.


Qualifications & Required Skills:


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience (5+ years) in account management or sales roles, preferably within the IT Service Industry.

• Strong track record of developing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to develop and implement effective strategies tailored to client needs.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
