Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Managerto join a dynamic and growing organization in the IT servicessector. In this role you will be responsible for fostering andmanaging longterm client relationships driving growth withinexisting accounts and ensuring client satisfaction throughstrategic partnership development.

KeyResponsibilities:
- ClientRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlastingrelationships with key clients. Understand their businessobjectives and challenges to deliver tailored solutions and drivelongterm partnerships.
- Sales StrategyImplementation: Work closely with the leadership team to implementsales strategies aligned with the companys goals. Identify growthopportunities within existing accounts and customize approaches tomeet client needs.
- Performance Monitoring:Regularly monitor account performance through data analysis toassess client satisfaction and retention rates. Use insights torecommend improvements and maximizevalue.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner withinternal teams across marketing product development and customerservice to ensure that client expectations are met and ourofferings stay relevant to the market.
- ProblemResolution: Address and resolve client concerns proactively andeffectively to ensure satisfaction and maintain positiverelationships.
- Account Development: Identifyupsell and crosssell opportunities within accounts. Createproposals to meet evolving client needs and maximizerevenue.
- Market Research: Stay updated onmarket trends competitor activities and customer preferences toenhance account strategies and staycompetitive.
- Budget Management: Help manageaccount budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and returnon investment (ROI).
- Reporting and Forecasting:Provide leadership with regular updates on account performanceoffering datadriven insights and growthrecommendations.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a relatedfield. A Masters degree ispreferred.
- Experience: 5 years of provenexperience in account management or sales roles ideally in the ITserviceindustry.
Skills:
- Strongtrack record in developing client relationships and achievingrevenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonalcommunication and negotiation abilities.
- Provencapability in developing and implementing effective strategiestailored to client needs.
- Strong analyticalskills with a datadriven decisionmakingapproach.
- Willingness to travel for clientmeetings and industry events as required.
