The Strategic Account Manager Role

As a Strategic Account Manager at Qlik, you will take charge of enterprise accounts with a strategic focus. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Autonomy: Develop and execute account plans with a primary focus on enterprise accounts, leading the charge independently.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Engage customers at a CxO level, orchestrating activities to ensure ongoing relationships, customer success, and strong alignment with Qlik's value proposition.
  • Collaborative Sales: Work closely with partners and resellers, enabling them to maximize revenue within assigned accounts.

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional with:

  • At least 7 years of successful sales experience in enterprise software, with expertise in managing complex sales cycles.
  • Understanding of the Data and Business Intelligence market.
  • Experience working with partners and resellers to maximize revenue in assigned accounts.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience and understanding of the Big Data, Data Integration, and Data Analytics markets, including knowledge of Data Warehousing, Databases, and Business Intelligence software products.
  • A track record of selling to senior decision-makers, with a good network of existing senior executive contacts within enterprises in the respective territory and accounts.
