This full-time, office-based position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment and cultivate a fulfilling career with a company dedicated to nurturing and empowering its employees to reach their full potential.

As a key player in our team, you'll report directly to the Head Of Contact Centre Operations, tasked with exceeding essential key performance indicators (KPIs) by motivating and guiding your team.

You'll collaborate closely with other Team Leaders playing a pivotal role in reaching our sales objectives.


Your focus will revolve around nurturing the weekend team growth and development within a dynamic environment, while smashing your own KPI’s 2 days a week and leading from the front


Salary range is dependent on experience but realistically up to £35,000k on the base with a £65k OTE, with opportunities for fast-paced future progression.
