I’m working with a stunning property based in the heart of Kensington, in West London. This property has been recently refurbished and is due to open its doors in September.


We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial-minded revenue manager to optimize revenue growth for this luxury hotel.

Responsibilities


  • Deliver the pricing strategies for online channels.
  • Manage all hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure each property works with adequate 3rd parties to maximise revenue.
  • Ensure property performance through robust channel and room-type management.
  • Identify and implement new Revenue Management tools, opportunities and strategies.
  • Build and maintain Databases.
  • Manage OTA channels swing to Direct business.
  • Take ownership of the allocated portfolio topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Give market insights, analyse data and identify trends.
  • Think outside the box.


The ideal candidate


  • Minimum of 3 years of Revenue Management Experience.
  • Experience with the London 5* market.
  • Understanding of Opera and OnQ PMS, StayNTouch a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA a plus) with intermediate knowledge of other MS Office Applications.
  • Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively.
