Revenue Manager Job Description

RaizUp is seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our expanding portfolio of aparthotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across all properties.
  • Monitor market performance and competitor activity to inform pricing and yield management decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Revenue and Distribution to develop and execute revenue plans.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including OTA partners and suppliers.
  • Provide regular revenue reports and insights to senior leadership and the commercial team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the luxury hotel or serviced apartment sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with revenue management software.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and channel management software.
