RaizUp is a dynamic travel business seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue management across our expanding portfolio of aparthotels.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for revenue management. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies, analyzing market trends, and optimizing pricing and yield management. You will work closely with our Head of Revenue and Distribution to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive growth and improve profitability
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and yield management decisions
  • Optimize pricing and yield management across our portfolio of aparthotels
  • Work closely with our Head of Revenue and Distribution to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives
Requirements
  • GCSE English Language and Maths or equivalent
  • A-Level education or equivalent experience
  • Revenue Management experience essential within luxury hotel or serviced apartment sector
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles and strategies, including distribution channel management, yield management, extended stay concepts, pricing strategy, market trends, demand factors, and forecasting
  • Experience and/or understanding of multi-property revenue management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS both front of house and configuration level
  • Knowledge of channel management software Siteminder, GDS Systems, and managing OTA Extranets
