Were recruiting for a Travel Consultant and Team Co-ordinator to join us. Were offering a competitive base salary.Join our dynamic Distribution Team as a Travel Consultant & Team Co-Ordinator where youll play a key role in delivering exceptional travel and coordination services across our Asset Management division. This is a varied and engaging role that offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with a wider team to support business growth governance and operational excellence.What youll be doing:Organising and managing travel arrangements for domestic and international business tripsCoordinating logistics for events and meetings including venue sourcing and supplier liaisonReviewing and processing invoices and purchase orders with accuracy and timelinessSupporting the maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan in collaboration with GovernanceLeading and developing a Travel Assistant through coaching performance reviews and recruitmentEnsuring compliance with travel policies and identifying opportunities for process improvementsAssisting with wider business management activities such as project delivery and data governanceActing as a point of contact for travel-related queries and providing expert advice to stakeholdersQualifications : Who were looking for:Demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectivelyBringing experience in corporate travel booking ideally within financial services or asset managementCommunicating confidently with senior stakeholders and managing complex travel requirementsShowing proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systemsApplying attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of workLeading with initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solvingManaging confidential information with professionalism and discretionDisplaying a passion for business travel and a commitment to delivering excellent serviceWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
