Focus Group are now looking for highly motivated, target-driven graduates to join their dynamic team and generate new business opportunities for the various products offered across Focus Group. Package:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25-30k
  • Y1 OTE of up to £35-40k

Role:

  • Build your own personal book of clients by engaging and establishing a professional rapport with individuals through a mixture of existing members from Focus Group's CRM database and as well as being free to research and contact outbound prospects via the phone
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of Focus Group, their products and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • Support senior sales team members through engaging with potential new customers to book appointments for Business Development Managers to visit customers for a face to face meeting or virtual appointments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your personal book of clients through regular contact and impeccable customer services
  • Provide an excellent customer service and represent the company brand positively
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and IT literate
  • Organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
