We are now recruiting for a Support Executive - Enterprise.

Enterprise Network delivers complex and bespoke technical solutions for Focus Group’ large customers, as part of Focus Group’ major customer revenue stream. Working as part of a team, role of the Support Executive is key to the successful delivery of all our services across Enterprise Network Sales.

You will represent and promote the department by delivering exceptional end to end customer service and being a point of contact for customers, ensuring that the customers interests come first.

Main duties of this role are:

- Raising deal regs with multiple vendors
- Obtaining pricing, producing customer quotes & raising purchase orders for the Account Directors
- Maintenance Database Management & creation of Customer Contracts
- Liaising with Distribution & Vendors
- Liaising with customers and vendors for delivery of goods
- Booking Engineers travel & accommodation etc.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
