Experienced Floor Manager - Modern British Restaurant, Hammersmith

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Manager to join the team at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries & larders serving modern British food with a real focus seasonal produce from around the UK. As Floor Manager you would will be based in Hammersmith, you will assist the management team in the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

The Person

The ideal Floor Manager will have the following:

- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in high volume, upscale restaurants
- Can do attitude & team player & leader
- Fully flexible on day/evening/weekend shifts
- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
