As a sales advisor, you will:
- Have direct telephone contact with customers who have reached out to us.
- Answer questions and advise customers on our products and which would best suit their needs.
- Adapt your communication style to suit our varied customer base - one minute, you will be helping an individual, and the next, you will be advising a large business on their requirements.
- Provide great customer service, remove any doubts, and close deals.

The ideal applicant will possess:
- Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role
- A naturally positive communicator with the ability to actively listen, influence and negotiate with customers
- A problem-solver with a helpful nature
- A confident and enthusiastic team player with a friendly disposition
- The ability to multitask with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- IT literate, including competency with Excel
