Outbound Sales Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Outbound Sales Advisor to join our team at H2eCommerce. As a sales advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have direct telephone contact with customers who have reached out to us.
- Answer questions and advise customers on our products and which would best suit their needs.
- Adapt your communication style to suit our varied customer base.
- Provide great customer service, remove any doubts, and close deals.

Requirements:
- Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role.
- A naturally positive communicator with the ability to actively listen, influence and negotiate with customers.
- A problem-solver with a helpful nature.
- A confident and enthusiastic team player with a friendly disposition.
- The ability to multitask with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- IT literate, including competency with Excel.
This role would particularly suit candidates with experience in telesales roles as a sales advisor, telesales executive, outbound sales advisor, outbound sales agent, or similar role.
