IT Support Engineer vacancy - Potters Bar

We are seeking a talented IT Support Engineer to join our client's internal team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering 1st and 2nd line technical support to our client's customers, covering a range of IT hardware, software as well as their own-tech products.


The ideal candidate will be ambitious, hardworking, and a dependable team player with a genuine passion for technology. You should be self-motivated, independent, and adept at managing your time and tasks effectively. You’ll play a key role in supporting the overall team while also achieving your individual KPIs.

Skills and Abilities:

  • A logical thinker who has a hands on approach and can demonstrate good interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care and who can empathise with customer's
  • Ability to conduct basic networking maintenance such as user and domain administration
  • Ability to build and contribute to an open and collaborative environment

  • Basic understanding of Autodesk software
  • Ability to learn and understand new technologies quickly
