My client is a leading international contract recruitment business specialising in connecting top-tier talent with global opportunities.

Position Overview:

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts and Compliance Officer to join their team on a 12 month FTC.


This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in contract management and compliance who is looking to grow their career in an international setting. The successful candidate will assist in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


Contract Support:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalising contracts, including client agreements and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain an organized system for contract documentation and retrieval.


Compliance Assistance:

  • Support the implementation of compliance programs to adhere to international laws and regulations, such as GDPR and labour laws.
  • Stay informed about changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in conducting compliance audits and preparing reports.


Risk and Issues Management:

  • Help identify potential compliance risks and suggest ways to mitigate them.
  • Assist in resolving contract-related issues and queries from internal and external stakeholders.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure effective contract and compliance processes.
  • Support senior team members in providing training and guidance on compliance matters.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in contract management or compliance roles in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Basic understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
