The firm are currently going through a major business transformation taking them from a static firm to that of a rapdily growing business with huge profits and plaudits.

This role will be suitable for someone who has worked extensively with data & SQL, CRM experience is a bonus but not something required. The role will have a big emphasis on moving data, both on prem and within the cloud space, writing SQL queries and utilising APIs as well as usage of PowerBI & Reporting tools.

to be considered for this CRM Systems Analyst (CRM, SQL, Reporting, PowerBI, APIs, Data transformation, Data Warehouse) role, it's ideal you have:

  • 3 + Years within data management roles
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, Reporting tools & APIs, and understanding of movement and transformation of data.
  • Relevant qualifications within the space
  • Ideally professional services background, but not required.
  • Deliver automations and efficiencies for important BD data such as credentials, source of business and referrals, and being able to accommodate feedback loops to ensure efficient updates to master sources of data, as well as identifying and proactively delivering improvements.
  • Support and actively work on the delivery of the BD System strategy, including CRM data, integration and reporting.
  • Work on related CRM products, such as integrations with mass email marketing channels, and other third-party systems.
  • Deliver projects geared to utilising and enhancing the existing BD system functionality to continuously improve the delivery of the service provided by the department, including increased automations.
  • Create and deliver the projects and work packages necessary to make progress on the BD systems roadmap, including the implementation of additional third-party tools.
  • Able to independently deliver solutions for BD, marketing, and client reporting requests.
  • Support and take a key role in the delivery and management of the BD systems and data.
  • Work effectively with counterparts at our suppliers, particularly the BD systems vendors.
  • Document changes and developments in the systems.
  • Assist in the continual support and co-ordination of user acceptance testing of the new system throughout the development cycle.
