WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking someone who will be responsible for coordinating customers’ certifications from initial application through to certification. If you are an Operations Coordinator/Data administrator with exceptional organisation skills, strong computer literacy and want to be part of a fast-growing, friendly and dedicated team and are looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
Keen eye for detail in data, who understands a way round software with a strong customer service ethos and is keen to be a pivotal part in growing a rapidly expanding business. Strong communication skills (internally and externally) are essential in order to maintain our high level of service and reputation.
WHAT AN AVERAGE DAY COULD LOOK LIKE:
Engaging with new and existing customers through calls and emails to assist with the certification process and introducing new software features for existing customers. Creating quotations and customer certifications through following software processes. Reviewing data to ensure efficiency of audit schedules and suggesting and implementing improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SOFTWARE AND CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:
In this role you will:
- Manage customer data within the Bluesky platform e.g. creating quotations, managing customer certifications
- Follow up quotes to determine whether they are likely to progress
- Assist in migrating customer certifications from legacy systems to Bluesky’s new in-house software platform
- Onboard customers to the platform including providing content and customer support when introducing new software features
- Provide ‘approvals’ using the software for specific customer activities
- Be responsible for logging, tracking and processing customer complaints and internal non compliances, including identifying potential areas for improvement
AUDIT VISIT AND TEST PROGRAMME:
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for ensuring Bluesky auditors efficiently progress customer certifications, from initial application to full certification
- Be responsible for the efficient organisation of the audit visit and test schedules (with internal and sub-contracted audit resources) including relevant invoicing requirements
- Manage customer expectations and ensure their requirements are delivered in line with expectations that have been set
- Be responsible for Non Compliance Response (NCR) process and actions to ensure customers maintain their certification (including management of customer suspension-termination process)
- Ensure certification documentation presented to Senior Management team is correct (e.g. certificates, customer logos, website entries)
COMPANY DEVELOPMENT:
- Ensure company systems are updated and assist with the implementation of new systems and processes. Provide input to senior management team for process improvements and modifications
- Provide weekly updates on key areas of the business including customer progress and activity, audit visit and test activity. Provide input into monthly target setting and planning to help senior management deliver business goals
- The successful candidate will be expected to work outside of their job role where relevant to assist with the development and growth of the business – we are looking for someone who is prepared to be flexible to help achieve the emerging business aims.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- English and Maths GCSE or equivalent at level 4/grade C
Hybrid working arrangements
- Willing to commute to Wokingham (Berkshire) office for regular company updates, training sessions and relevant company meetings
