Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular privately owned hotel on the stunning island of Jersey in the Channel Islands who are looking for a Jersey based Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team.

Package

  • £38000 depending on experience after probationary period.

This beautiful hotel, which faces the best beach on Jersey is privately owned and has a reputation for excellent cuisine in its restaurant. The hotel is well established on the island and is busy all year.

What's involved?
As Sous Chef you will be number 3 in the kitchen and work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef in running the busy kitchen. You will have experience in 4 star hotels and ideally at 1-2 rosette level. The hotel prides itself on career development and a senior Chef de Partie with at least 2 years experience would also be considered.

THERE IS NO ACCOMMODATION WITH THIS ROLE SO APPLICANTS MUST EITHER ALREADY LIVE ON JERSEY OR BE WILLING TO FIND THEIR OWN PLACE TO LIVE.
