Responsibilities:

Are you a passionate and talented Sous Chef looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a highly regarded organisation in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their dynamic culinary team. What You'll Do:

- Lead the Kitchen: Work closely with the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality standards in food preparation and presentation.

- Creative Input: Contribute to menu development, bringing fresh ideas and seasonal dishes to delight their guests.

- Team Supervision: Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen at all times.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment.

- Skills: Strong culinary skills, with a passion for food and a keen eye for detail. Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.

- Attitude: A positive and proactive approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
