A world-leading Financial Services firm is seeking a proactive and diligent Personal Assistant to cover a 7-month Contract opportunity within their Investment Banking Division.

 

Located in the heart of the West End, the Personal Assistant will provide strategic administrative support to the Technology Team including complex diary management, arranging domestic and international travel, meeting management, processing expenses, collaborating closely with support staff, and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks.

 

The Personal Assistant will be able to demonstrate prior experience working in a front-office environment, ideally from Investment Banking, and be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.  Your hard work and commitment are rewarded with competitive benefits, a completion bonus, and learning and development opportunities.

 

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellent organisational, oral, and written communication skills; detail-oriented, and able to prioritise workload. 
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in English, additional European languages are an advantage.
  • A positive, flexible, responsive service-oriented attitude, able to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Resilient and able to deal with high pressure environment, and demanding individuals.
