Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting practical guidance and precedents for residential property transactions
- Identifying gaps in residential property coverage and suggesting enhancements
- Providing oversight and expertise in conveyancing
- Reviewing existing practical guidance and precedents to ensure they are up-to-date and comprehensive
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years PQE in residential property law
- Experience overseeing a conveyancing team within a law firm
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Qualified solicitor
