- Collaborate with the SEN team and other professionals to create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster a supportive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes student confidence and motivation
- Participate in school initiatives to enhance literacy across the curriculum and support a love for reading
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching English and literacy preferably to students with special educational needs
- Strong knowledge of effective literacy intervention strategies and personalized learning approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping students succeed
- A clear DBS check
- Legal right to work in the UK
