What to Expect

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive executive recruitment strategy aligned with the organisation's growth plans and talent needs
  • Manage end-to-end senior recruitment processes, from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and nurture relationships with key external search partners to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team, and HR to understand talent requirements and ensure a strategic approach to executive-level hiring
  • Work proactively within the market to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging markets and understand the technological changes affecting our industry
  • Benchmark the market with regard to compensation and total reward and advise the business on our strategic positioning within this
  • Keep up to date with the global market for talent, emerging talent pools and our competitors for talent
  • Create Talent Pipelines across all senior levels of the business to ensure that strategic networks are developed and nurtured
  • Provide exceptional candidate care at all stages of the process
What You'll Bring
  • A minimum of 10 years proven experience in recruitment, with at least 5 of these in executive recruitment
  • Preferably degree educated, CIPD within HR or Business is advantageous, or the equivalent experience within business
  • Search and selection experience is advantageous, as is a mix of in-house and agency recruitment at senior levels
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven record of dealing with Executive Directors
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
  • In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, candidate assessment techniques, and industry best practices
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to align recruitment initiatives with broader business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organizational environment
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
  • High levels of resilience
  • Flexibility in relation to hours to accommodate communication with senior candidates, many of whom will be overseas
  • Ability to be in Woking based 5 days a week
